Our next GPA business meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, May 12, 2026, and will be held in the Community Building at the Douglasville Police Department from 10:00 AM to approximately 1:00 PM.
The Community Room is located in the second smaller building to the left of the main Douglasville Police Department building, 2083 Fairburn Rd., Douglasville, GA 30135.
Following the conclusion of the business portion of the meeting, lunch will be provided as we transition into our training session. Members are encouraged to enjoy a working lunch as we cover the LXEdge software for the Lafayette polygraph system. This training is particularly important, as Lafayette will be phasing out the older LX software — members who currently use that system are encouraged to attend and become familiar with the new LXEdge program. Please note that this training is tentative, pending our ability to schedule a representative from Lafayette to present on this topic.

January 2026 Meeting Jan,. 13, 2026
After several volunteers for hosting the January Meeting in 2026 (& Thank you D.L. Malone for the first in a long time Cobb offer), we have selected a more central location to the State.
Our meeting will be 10:00 – 13:00 January 13, 2026, at the Pavilion at Georgia Public Safety Training Center, located a 1000 Indian Springs Dr, Forsyth, GA.
We will have our quarterly business meeting, which will include annual elections. There will be Lunch catered, and the training topic will be a highlight/recap of some of the noteworthy training from Tri-State. We will touch on theme development and best practices.
We also received interest in the meetings in March and May, so training is already set for those months.
The Pavilion Is a standalone building/cabin. After passing through the security gate and showing credentials or driver's license if civilian, make a left and pass the first large parking lot. After going down the hill the cabin is located on the right.
Thank you! We are looking forward to seeing everyone in January. Until then, have a wonderful Holiday Season and a very Happy New Year!!!
TRI-STATE Coming up Nov. 4-6, 2025
Greetings,
I just received this today. Please note if you would like to make a purchase of items from the SCAPE store for pick up at the Conference, it will need to be purchased today before 17:00 hours. If not, there will be a shipping fee added. Below is the excerpt from John's email.
FYI,
I mentioned yesterday that I could essentially take pre-orders up to 10/29; however, the holidays are impacting my time to receive and print prior to the conference.
I would need to receive any pre-order requests by close of business today 10/24 (1700 hours) in order to have available at the conference. Anything after that will need to come from the SCAPE inventory.
Please disseminate to the state associations since supplies will be limited at the conference.
Thanks!
John Ferguson
Looking forward to seeing everyone in SC in two weeks.

GPA wanting to warn you in reference to a SCAM / Phishing email going out by spy-globalsolution.com from Jessica Willard.
